Philanthropy
"To receive much you must give much"
The Sigmas of Eta Theta have always worked diligently to not only better themselves, but to also better the lives of those around them. Every year the chapter donates to the Sigma Sigma Sigma Foundation. The Sigma Sigma Sigma Foundation includes Eta Theta's favorite philanthropy, the Robbie Page Memorial, which sponsors play therapy for hospitalized children. Robbie Page was the son of Tri Sigma's fourth national President, Mary Hastings Holloway Page. His death from polio prompted his parents to create the Robbie Page Memorial Fund in 1951. In 1954 Tri Sigma adopted the fund as its national philanthropy. This is why our sorority focuses on the foundation's motto of "Sigma Serves Children".
